Ramesh Parameswaran - CEO and founder

Ramesh Parameswaran is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer and a member of Nirvaha’s Board of Directors.

As seasoned and successful entrepreneur and an executive at Microsoft, Ramesh has an track record of success specifically in the technology arena. Prior to founding Nirvaha, he founded AskMe Corporation – an enterprise software company later sold to RealCom Corporation. Ramesh was also a key figure at Microsoft where he spent seven years in various leadership positions. Prior to AskMe, he held several leadership positions at Microsoft focusing on Internet Explorer and Windows networking and interoperability. He also holds the high distinction of being one of the youngest professionals to hold a general management role at Microsoft.

Ramesh is a computer science graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago.

Tom brubaker - Executive Vice president, product management

Tom Brubaker is Executive Vice President of Product Management and Sales for Nirvaha and is responsible for driving Nirvaha’s growth and profitability. Armed with more than 20 years experience in sales, services and product management, Tom leads a tenured team focused on delivering a proactive, consistent and responsive customer experience for Nirvaha clients.

Prior to joining Nirvaha, Tom held various senior management positions supporting sales and corporate development for emerging and large technology companies including Microsoft, Visio Corporation and Prepared Response Inc. His business and leadership background includes InView Software Inc. and Customerville, both of which he founded and led as CEO.

Tom holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree in with honors from the University of Wyoming.


Frederic de Vedrines is Director of Nirvaha’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product development team. He is responsible for driving the development of Nirvaha’s on demand product suite that includes its quote software, commission software, pricing software and billing software. Frederic also manages Nirvaha’s customer service and support models. Nirvaha’s SaaS-based ‘quote-to-cash’ product suite provides large, mid and small-sized businesses with on demand flexibility without the high cost of professional services or hassle of on-site hardware or software.

Prior to Nirvaha, Frederic spent over a decade with Microsoft working on Windows NT, Exchange Server, Internet Explorer and the Windows Presentation Foundation. He also worked with Medio Systems on Medio’s next-generation mobile search and advertising platform, including direct responsibility for developing the company’s online advertising brokering system.

Frederic holds a Master of Electrical Engineering from the Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Génie Electrique (France)
